Jubilee Year Opening

Sunday, December 29, 2024, 4:30 PMThe Diocese of Cleveland will celebrate the opening of the Jubilee Year beginning at St. Peter’s (17th and Superior) at 4:30 p.m. on December 29 (Feast of the Holy Family). The liturgy will begin with some prayers at St. Peter's and then a procession (following the Jubilee Cross) to the Cathedral, with Mass at the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist at 5:30 p.m. There will be a contingent of Nativity B.V.M. parishioners in attendance, as we are a pilgrimage site for the year. Nativity will be receiving our own Jubilee Cross to place in our sanctuary throughout the year. Please join us!
